Curtis Miner Architecture was excited to participate in the successful re-opening of the family-favorite Utah Valley original restaurant, Taco Amigo. The community has welcomed the revitalized Taco Amigo, and the location is now serving 70% more customers every hour in a contemporary and fresh dining room, with popular drive-thru and patio dining options. The highly visible building front and main entry are oriented for maximum brand recognition from either direction of the state highway connecting the principle communities of Utah.
The success of the building addition and remodel has positioned Taco Amigo to benefit from future growth and increased traffic, while honoring the heritage of the original structure and complementing Pleasant Grove’s community with an upgraded amenity.
