Curtis Miner Architecture designed a new state-of-the art regional warehouse and distribution facility for Weldon Industries and other companies in Pleasant Grove. The new building accommodates four pallet racking systems with its 29’ high clear ceiling, has multiple dropped docks, drive-in docks, and is demisable into six separate tenant spaces. CMA worked with the owner in the evaluation and purchase of the property and later worked with Pleasant Grove City administration and planning staff in the approval of the project.
The tilt-up walls serve as both interior and exterior finishes with entries highlighted by steel awnings and full height curtain wall glazing.
