Alpha Warranty Office

Alpha Warranty hired Curtis Miner Architecture (CMA) to design a new 3-story, 120,000 SF facility to accommodate their rapidly expanding firm. Repeatedly recognized as one of Utah’s top workplaces, the firm sought a high-end progressive aesthetic for its new headquarters.

Visitors enter the building on the second level, which is also the main floor, into an expansive lobby. The entrance sets an impressive tone for the entire space with clean contemporary lines and natural details of warm woods and rustic stone lining accent walls. The dynamic space connects guests visually to every level of the building, providing views to both the 1st and 3rd levels.

The third floor is where the work happens; with a smaller lobby and reception area, executive offices, administrative offices, an open space work area with workstations and several single-occupancy restrooms. Also located on the third floor are quiet spaces and gathering spaces. Especially impressive is the 1,000 SF CEO suite with private balcony, and an office and lounge area that is separated by a two-way fireplace.

The first floor recreation area comprises a bowling alley and game room, gym with courts, an exercise room with weights and cardio machines, locker rooms with showers, and restrooms, and a tiered training room.
