Courtyard at Jamestown Addition & Remodel

The Courtyard at Jamestown Addition & Remodel project in Provo, Utah is an assisted living center expansion located at 3352 North 100 East. The three-story expansion will add 27 new assisted living resident rooms (large 2-bedroom units), multipurpose, therapy, storage, and connector and improve the existing common area amenities within the existing building.  The expansion will take out one of the ponds but leave the other remaining and reconfigured, along with landscaping and additional parking.  The new 34,860 s.f. residential wing will be constructed of metal stud bearing walls and metal stud trusses, with brick exterior detailing to complement the existing colonial style.  With increased resident capacity of the facility, the existing kitchen and dining areas will be expanded and remodeled, and several existing resident rooms will be converted into a new game room and an exercise room. A new water feature and pathways  will provide new opportunities for residents to enjoy the outdoors as well.  When completed in July 2021, the result will be great for residents and staff alike.
