Coyote Creek Apartments

The Coyote Creek community is located in Washington City, Utah, within the St. George metropolitan area, an area known as a flourishing home for retirees and destination for vacationers. Curtis Miner Architecture (CMA) assisted the owner in developing a variety of unit types at several price points that would meet both permanent residents’ and travelers’ needs. The 116-unit complex includes several apartment buildings, 2- and 3-story townhomes, and a centrally located clubhouse. The community also provides a parking lot with drive-through stalls to safely accommodate large motorhomes. Other amenities include a pool, splash pad, sports courts, and a small community park. The new complex sits between single-family residences and a commercial area. Townhomes are situated next to the single-family residences, apartments are situated near the commercial area, and amenities take center stage in the development.

Pedestrian paths tie the community together.
