Curtis Miner Architecture designed this project to accommodate Halestorm Entertainment and APX Alarm (now Vivint).
Included within the Halestorm portion of the building are administrative offices, and 8,600 square foot motion picture sound stage, a full sound recording studio with a video editing bay and Foley capabilities, and a product storage warehouse.
The space designed for APX included administrative offices, staff training facilities, and materials and equipment storage.
To keep the project within the owner’s budget, simple concrete masonry unit construction methods were used.
