Highland Professional Office Building

Curtis Miner Architecture (CMA)  worked with Highland City to create a facility that met the city’s aesthetic, site planning, and landscape goals. By working with the City and the developer on the allowable building area on the property, CMA was able to greatly expand the building footprint so that the developer was able to meet his financial goals.

The Highland Professional Office Building includes two stories of class ‘A’ office space above grade and an enclosed parking structure below grade.  The building is occupied by multiple tenants including executive office suites, a dental office and a financial consulting firm. The building is designed to provide abundant natural daylight to all users. It is also situated on the site to take advantage of the beautiful mountain views to the north and east, and to relate to the adjacent golf course. The style of the building is in “alpine” and “mountain” architectural themes.
