Intermountain Lake Park Level 1 Remodel

Intermountain Healthcare (IHC), a Utah-based, non-profit system of 24 hospitals, needed space to accommodate several Information Technology department support staff. They decided to convert the first floor of the west wing of the Lake Park corporate offices. They hired Curtis Miner Architecture (CMA) for design through construction administration services.

The renovated space includes an executive suite, offices, open cubicles, and several conference rooms. The remodel also comprises an 80+ person auditorium with an adjacent audiovisual control room and a state-of-the-art control room featuring a video wall to monitor information and security systems.

An exercise room features cardio equipment and weights. The adjacent men’s and women’s locker rooms include showers, smaller training rooms, and other operational spaces.

Fixtures and finishes were selected to match updates made recently on other floors within the facility. Lighting throughout the space was upgraded to create a bright and pleasant work environment.
