Ken Garff West Valley Dodge Showroom Remodel

The Ken Garff West Valley Dodge showroom and customer amenity area proposed to remodel approximately 14,000 SF and add a 1,268 SF car wash. The project focused on developing several cost-conscious image and branding update options to satisfy Dodge’s corporate branding guidelines. Curtis Miner Architecture coordinated closely with the owner and contractor for this design-build project. CMA and the contractor created a phased construction plan so not to disrupt operations for this dealership. Noisy and disruptive work was completed after hours; extensive and consistent communication and response ensured delays were avoided.

The showroom remodel proposed a sophisticated redesign utilizing branded and energetic finishes. The customer waiting room was updated with multiple televisions, comfortable seating, updated restrooms, and bright lighting. Updates to the exterior were less extensive but provided the finishing touches to create a cohesive design.
